Bank/Foreign Currency
The reception will change small amounts of cash. Please understand that we are not always able to change money immediately. You are welcome to ask for further information at the reception.

Bar
The daily opening hours of our hotel bar are from 07:00 am to 02:00 am. The beach bar is open daily from 10:00 am to 05:00 pm. Drinks for our all-inclusive guests are free until midnight. Please refrain from taking drinks from the bar to the hotel rooms.

Beauty
Manicure, Pedicure, Massage
Please contact our reception for the arrangement of your appointments.

Blankets, Pillows, Extra Beds, Crib/Cot
If you should need extra blankets, pillows or a cot please feel free to contact the reception to assist you.

Boutique
The boutique is located at the hotel entrance/reception and is open daily from 09:00 am to 05:00 pm. It offers you giftware, souvenirs, clothing and accessories.

Breakfast

Our rich breakfast buffet is available to you from 07:00am to 10:00 am.

Car Rental
The reception will be glad to assist you if you decide to rent a car. Please note that your driver's license needs to be translated into Portuguese.

Children entertainment
Recife has a zoo and close to the hotel is one of the most beautiful recreation-water-park of North-eastern Brazil. Our reception will provide you with entrance tickets and the addresses.

Cinema Room
Our cinema room can be used at any time to watch your own DVDs as well as those provided by us. Please feel free to ask our reception for the selection of available DVDs.
For children and teenagers we offer the X box gaming console.

Complaints
In the case of complaint please contact the management. Should the source of your complaint not be resolved the same day, please call our service number in Germany: +49. 419. 191. 0055.
Our service number is available between 06:00 am and 02:00 pm Brazil Eastern Standard Time.

Computer
A PC with Internet connection is available for your use at the hotel reception.

Credit Cards

We accept the following payment methods: cash (Real, Euro Dollar), Maestro (cash card), Master Card and Visa. When paying with Master card or Visa an additional fee of 3% is charged.

"Do Not Disturb"
A "Do Not Disturb" hanger is placed at your room door. For an undisturbed stay at your hotel room please place the sign outside of your room door. Our staff is instructed to pay attention to the sign at all times. Please remember this when you await a service.

Doctor, Dentist (Pharmacy)
The reception will be glad to assist you in any case of emergency, finding medical support, a doctor, a hospital or information about a pharmacy service. The medical treatment can be carried out ambulatory or through a consultation at the hotel. Treatment costs are between 200-300 Real and you should be reimbursed by your travel insurance on presentation of the invoice.

Emergency Information
Code of conduct in the case of fire:

Keep your calm!
Take your key card and go to the door
Scan the door s for heat
Check the corridor
Use the escape stairs to reach the ground floor

If the room door is hot or the corridor is full of smoke, keep calm.
You can survive a fire unscathed by staying inside your room. These are the things you should do in this case:
- Open your room window in case there is smoke in your room
- Make yourself noticeable
-Turn on the bathroom ventilation and turn off the air conditioning
- Wet your towels and sheets and seal the door and ventilation openings
- Get access to fresh air

In case fire fighters order you to leave your room, follow their instructions.

Mini-bar
You will find a mini-bar in each of our hotel rooms. The mini-bar is being refilled on a daily basis and the bill is settled at the day of departure. A tally sheet is placed on your room desk. Please notify the reception in case of any complaint in this matter. Complaints should be made the day of the cause, not at the day of departure.

Money Exchange
The reception will change small amounts of cash. Please understand that we are not always able to change money immediately. You are welcome to ask for further information at the reception.

Precautions
For your own safety we recommend women not to leave the resort after sunset unless in male company. Please avoid wearing noticeable jewellery and electronic devices. For evening trips please contact our trip supervisor.
In case someone, e.g. at one of the beach bars, offers you to take part in individual trips, please be careful. The vehicles as well as the trip organisation are usually of a very low quality.

Public Transport
A bus station is located across from the Resort. One bus trip costs about 2 to 3 Real. Please plan your return to the hotel before nightfall. We recommend our taxi service with reliable drivers checked by us. If needed the driver will accompany you. Please feel free to contact the reception for further information.

Our reception is staffed daily from 06:00 am to 02:00 am. Most of our staff can speak German.

Repairs
In case you should need a repair service, please contact our reception or housekeeping.

Our restaurant offers you culinary delights from the buffet or à la carte.
Warm meals can be ordered until 09:00 pm.

Room Cleaning
The rooms are being cleaned on a daily basis. The bedding is being changed twice per week. If you wish a more frequent change of bedding, please contact our reception. Per additional change of bedding a fee of 10 Real is charged. In case you have anymore questions or wishes please feel free to contact our reception.

Room Upgrade
You are able to change the room category for a small additional fee. If you wish to do so, please contact our reception.

Shopping amenities
A small shop providing groceries as well as other articles of daily use is located at 300 meters distance from the hotel.
The city of Recife has two large shopping malls: "Tacaruna Shoppingcenter" and "Shoppingcenter Recife". The latter is the largest shopping center in Northern Brazil.

Smoking
All rooms are non-smoking rooms. Please use the balcony/terrace.

Telephone Rates
The costs for telephone calls depend on the time of day and the duration of the call. They are charged for per commenced minute.

Towels for the Beach and Pool Area
Each hotel guest is entitled to a towel per day. You will receive your towel from the pool attendant against presentation of your towel card. When returning the towel you will get your towel card back. The loss of the towel card or the towel will cause an extra charge of 30 Real.

Transfer to the Airport
In case you booked the transfer service, please ask the reception for departure details. In case you haven't booked the transfer service, we're happy to organise a taxi for you. From a minimum number of 4 people you can be brought to the airport by the transfer bus for €10 per person.

Travel Connection
Our reception is glad to assist you with travel connections and flight confirmations. Telephone 9.

Trips
There are a variety of interesting trips available to choose from. Brochures can be found on your room's desk or at the reception. An information event takes place every Tuesday morning in our cinema room. For more information please do not hesitate to contact the tour guide or the reception.

TV
The TV at the hotel only offers Brazilian programmes. German TV programmes cannot be received in Brazil. However, we are able to record most German TV shows and show them with a short delay in time at the cinema room. Please feel free to ask for further details at our reception.

Warm Water
Our water is being heated by solar energy. The necessary solar cells are attached to the roof. Therefore we ask for your understanding that depending on daytime and floor this can cause a certain delay (about 1 minute) due to the distance between water tank and your room.
